Mythos: A Journey Through Music and Movement

Mythos is a series of three covid-safe participatory music and movement sessions led by Olympias Music Foundation movement facilitator, Shelley Smith and guest musicians, Anna McLuckie (harp), Awen Blandford (cello), Gemma Bass (violin) and Ali Mac (percussion).
Join us each week as we explore the themes of Strength, Trust and Growth through classic Greek myths, told through music and movement - as performed by participants, with the help of OMF workshop facilitators. No previous experience required.

All sessions are free to attend and in a covid-safe venue (socially distanced, with appropriate hand-washing facilities and in a regularly cleaned/sterilised venue). Due to social distancing, we can only accept 12 people per session and cannot accept walk-ins. Book ahead to avoid disappointment.
