Megan is a violinist and music teacher based in Manchester and Lincolnshire. Beginning her musical education from the age of five, Megan is currently a student at the Royal Northern College of Music under the tutelage of Steven Wilkie. She has enjoyed many orchestral and chamber music opportunities and has taken part in masterclasses with musicians such as Veronika Eberle, Sophie Lockett and the Barbican Trio.

Megan also enjoys playing chamber music and doing session work, performing with touring groups in venues across the country including, Manchester Palace Theatre, Birmingham's New Alexandra Theatre and Kings Theatre in Glasgow.

Megan began working with the OMF in September 2016 as a musicianship teacher and the events manager and loves assisting young musicians in their music making! Megan currently works as a violin tutor for the Maingot Scholarship Programme, and is OMF's Designated Safeguarding Officer.  Though Megan enjoys music, she has an uncontrollable love of ice-cream and fudge.
